Hello I'm David and  have been involved in the world of dogs for over 30 years.

Black & tan coonhounds came into my life in 2015  Over the course of 5 years the breed has gained an avid following with several more coonhounds being imported by a number of dedicated breed enthusiasts.

As of 1st July 2018 the Black & Tan Coonhound is now fully recognised by the UK Kennel Club!

 

Covehithe is our kennel affix, named after our favourite beach which is where we love to run our dogs on a regular basis.

 

Our aim is to breed healthy, well adjusted coonhounds that are fit for function. A dog that is equally happy living as a loved family pet as they are working in the field of trailing, tracking and search and rescue.
